As the taxpayer dependent proponents of the Lowenthal grocery and goods bag harassment tax would say, "right-on". The revolutionary political ruling class *(druggies)**(now in power)* who are addicted to ever increasing Governmental control and even higher taxes know full well which end to put it in, as the voting minority of Californians who pay taxes have learned.

It is interesting to note that the same politicians who would end the right of the California taxpaying minority to arm themselves for self-defense purposes are the same ruling class politicians who are being arrested for conspiracy to sell firearms to radical revolutionary groups, as well as for conspiracy to deal in untaxed tobacco products.

While it is true the Big Government tax and control political ruling class have widened their war against their own people by opening a new front - this time targeting decent God-fearing Americans who use non-tobacco products such as e-"cigarettes - one cannot fully appreciate the motivation without reviewing a little history.

Some time ago, the businesses of hard working upstate New York Indians were targeted by the State's taxers and controllers. The "crime" these peaceful folk were engaged in was selling tobacco products and gasoline to White people for LESS. The political ruling class had the enthusiastic support of Big Convenience operators who feared competition from the native fathers and moms who were operating their business on their own land, land that was granted them by treaties with the Great White father in Washington. It seems, as a way of getting around charges of genocide as a result of treaty violations, the political ruling class just passes contrary laws and then declares our Indian friends to be in violation.

Big Convenience enlisted the help of pandering politicians and the corrupt legal system. Pressure was brought to bear on credit card companies who feared yet another law being enacted. Thereafter they "voluntarily" quit allowing White people to use their credit cards to purchase tobacco products from the Indians when making internet purchases. The need to use credit cards to make internet purchases is a common modern day business practice. Eventually the corrupt courts sided with their politician pals by prohibiting tobacco and gasoline sales to White people FOR LESS altogether.

*(note: it is curious that Big Government is trying to figure a way for sellers of illegal pot to use the banking system to store the outrageous profits they make supplying zonked-out junkies with pot. The Government rationalizes that effort on grounds that dealers in illegal pot have so much money, money Big Government wouldn't want to get into the "wrong" hands.)*

Now, emboldened Big Convenience operators outside of New York are reportedly overcharging decent White people when they purchase tobacco products - contrary to plainly written State "law".

Remember! The problem is NOT our Indian friends. The PROBLEM is taxes.

Yes. The longest lived people in world history was the generation who fathered the so-called "Baby Boom" generation of the post-WW2 era. Not surprisingly, that parental generation also enjoyed using more tobacco products than any previous generation.

Only a tiny minority of the "Baby Boom" generation have used healthy tobacco products, preferring instead mind rotting pot. Even setting aside the beneficial effect of the use of tobacco products in increasing mental acuity, the mess the pothead generation have caused is striking.

Whereas lifespans steadily increased after the discovery of the western hemisphere by White men, longevity is now decreasing. Non-tobacco use associated Alzheimer's and related dementia deaths are soaring. Society faces ever increasing health care costs that will be expended treating mind rotted non-tobacco users - both Homosexual and non-Homosexual. Already, considerable taxpayer moneys are being used treating the druggie's idiot sexual identity confused "love children" who use scarce medical service for "gender reassignment".*(despite tax and control related Big Government propaganda to the contrary, most health care money is expended treating non-tobacco users)*

Since the war against decent tobacco users began our "democracy" has been reduced to absurdity, requiring the voter make the "choice" of whether gender confused multiculturally diverse men should be allowed to continue using women's bathrooms with little White girls in Government schools and elsewhere.

The agents of this drug fueled confused state of affairs must be taken before a "people's court" so they may pay the price for the damage they have caused society. First in line should be the lecherous zonked out wealthy taxpayer supported Government university "professor" pedophiles who designed this affront to nature after they seized control of academia.

In an article published by the investigative journal, " Junkscience.com " that was linked by Drudge, it is being reported that Big Government provided funds to the expensive taxpayer funded Government controlled entity, the University of Southern California, to conduct experiments on little White children and White adults. Presumably, these experiments were conducted during the time when the Africans were effectively in control of ever expanding Big Government at its' highest level.

The Article exposing this atrocity contains photos of idling diesel Government gas vans operating outside the gas chambers where the experiments were being conducted. As might be expected, Government "doctors" and Government Medical School Deans have Ignored the Human Testing Scandal.

The Daily Caller also reported these experiments that have been conducted on White people - including little White children. According to The Daily caller, The Government conducted tests on people with health issues and the elderly, exposing them to high levels of potentially lethal pollutants, without disclosing the risks of cancer and death.

These experiments exposed people, including those with asthma and heart problems, to dangerously high levels of toxic pollutants, including *(non-tobacco related)* diesel fumes and particulate matter. According to the article, the Government also exposed White people with health issues to levels of pollutants up to 50 times greater than the agency itself admits is safe for humans.

Of Course the Government has "an easy out". For years Big Government media masters have incited , hysterics to fan the flames of tax and control related tobacco hysteria, blaming every death on first - second - and yes - the even more absurd notion of "third hand tobacco smoke". This, despite the fact that the death rate among non-tobacco users is nearly 100%. Deaths occurring as a result of deadly death van experimentation will no doubt be blamed on the use beneficial tobacco products by worker *("middle")* class White people.

The first step the increasingly impoverished American people must take to remedy this problem is to close Government places of higher "learning". Once this is done the existing taxpayer owned infrastructures can be utilized as places to teach little American children the skills they need to preform productive labor. American children will then be able to compete with their foreign peers. After all, it is now the modern 21st century era, not the old fashioned revolutionary 60s 70s era.

Ever since the 60s 70s era revolutionaries *(druggies)**(now in power)* seized control of the pandering political system, the corrupt legal system and academia, there has been growing political pressure to "legalize" illegal mind rotting pot and other dangerous addictive drugs. In order to eliminate the use of beneficial tobacco products - thereby encouraging children to use "hard pot" and other hard drugs - revolutionary ruling activists nationalized Big Tobacco and used the LAW! as tax delivery device to the satisfy the ever growing addiction of the political ruling class to ever increased taxation. Now the revolutionary ruling elite are turning their eyes to non-tobacco goods such as e-"cigarettes".

One of the arguments the revolutionary ruling class used to justify the "legalization" of illegal mind rotting pot was that "legal" pot would drive-out illegal pot sales, thereby making unfortunate addicted potheads an easy source of increased taxation.

Now, some Government "news" sources are admitting this is simply not true. For example, police officials have been quoted as having said that just because marijuana is legal in Colorado doesn’t mean the black market for the drug has disappeared. Rather, the opposite is true. For example, Lt. Mark Comte of the Colorado Springs police vice and narcotics unit has been quoted as having said:

“Legalization has done nothing more than enhance the opportunity for the black market. If you can get it tax-free on the corner, you’re going to get it on the corner.”

According to one Government "news" source:

"...nobody in state or federal government agencies is tracking the numbers of violent crimes that are tied to the marijuana market..." “There’s going to be a black market here,” said Cmdr. Pat Slack of the Snohomish Regional Drug/Gang Task Force, outside Seattle. There will be drug rip-offs and the drug debts that haven’t been paid. All of that is going to stay.”

Since revolutionary activists nationalized Big Tobacco, decent ordinary worker *(middle")* class Americans have had limited opportunity to enjoy safe high quality imported tobacco products that are free from unhealthy Big Government additives. Those decent hard working God fearing Americans look forward to the day when imported high quality "natural" tobacco products from nations such as China and Zimbabwe are sold in "open air markets" alongside imported non-tobacco Chinese e-"cigarettes", the same as Government approved pot products are being sold today.

The recent death of the non-violent African "gentle giant" - Eric Garner - puts the lie to ruling class politician claims that they are suffering unspeakable abuse on the many millions of decent ordinary worker **("middle")** class persons who enjoy an occasional tobacco product "for their own good". Eric's tragic death also puts the lie to Government claims that Government is suffering that abuse on decent Americans for “health” reasons.

Eric was approached by heavily armed Government cops who charged him with selling cigarettes without collecting the confiscatory Government tobacco taxes the Government imposes on patriotic God fearing worker **("middle")** class Americans of all races who enjoy an occasional tobacco product. Eric protested that he was not selling cigarettes. Eric had sold cigarettes without collecting the Government tax in the past, but he expressed annoyance that, ever since then, the Government cops harassed him every time they saw him.

Eric's protestations resulted in the cops employing deadly force to take him into custody. Eric died on the scene. How many more citizens - including minorities - will be struck down on the streets as a result of Government's unconscionable ever escalating war that is being waged against decent women and men who enjoy the simple pleasure of an occasional tobacco product?

Here is a source link to an excellent article that was published by LewRockwell.com entitled "It Stops Today". The article addresses occupying Government cops killing the peaceful African grandfather, Eric Gardner, under the pretext of his selling cigarettes without collecting the confiscatory Government tobacco tax. The article describes Government's war against its own people - the many millions decent women and men who enjoy the simple worker **("middle")** class who partake in an occasional tobacco product.

After learning about the killing of Eric, one cannot but be reminded of the efforts of the Government to put hard working peaceful upstate Indians out of business for the "crime" of selling tobacco products and gasoline to White and African women and men for LESS. It should also be recalled that those Government efforts were carried out with the urging and with the wholehearted support of wealthy Big Convenience store corporations who profit by using the political ruling class to eliminate competitors.

By virtue of one on the most radical of Government universities whose rich Government "professors" are able to indoctrinate young minds in revolutionary principles, Long Beach residents are familiar with the occupying political ruling class' increasingly escalating war. There, the occupying radical ruling class have gone so far as to criminalize beer joint operators who permit worker **("middle")** class patrons to use tobacco products in "their" own beer joints.

The war is never ending. Having brutalized decent tobacco users to the extent that is well beyond the limits of decency, occupying politicians **(Godless "Liberals"** are now humiliating and tormenting women and men who may be a little bit overweight.

No one knows who will be next. The next victim may be one who is neither fat nor uses tobacco products. It may be YOU. When you think of the horrible death of Eric - the gentle giant - at the hands of the occupying cops, you should keep that in mind.

Now it can be reported that the death of Eric Gardner - a married grandfather and family man whose fellow Africans described as "a peaceful gentle giant" - has been ruled a homicide associated with an illegal police administered choke-hold.

Regular Topix Long Beach readers may recall that, on the day of his death, Eric protested being constantly stopped and harassed by the cops ever since he was taken into custody for previously selling cigarettes without collecting the confiscatory Government tobacco tax. Immediately thereafter the cops swarmed him and Eric died.

Long Beachers are all too familiar with the war revolutionary Government activists are waging against the many millions of decent women and men who enjoy the simple worker *("middle")* class pleasure of an occasional tobacco product. The city is the center of all kinds of wars that are conducted against the normal people because of the corrosive effect the unbelievably expensive taxpayer funded Government university that is located there has on the city - especially on double dipping politicians.

Because Eric was an African, many Long Beachers may have a "so what?" attitude concerning his death. According to Governmental ruling activists, though, many Long Beachers are a little bit overweight. After our rulers succeed in imposing the forthcoming sugar tax, how will non-Africans regard the deaths of non-Africans who die at the hands of the cops for selling soda-pop without collecting the confiscatory Government sugar tax?

"In a statement, the president of the powerful Patrolmen's Association, cautioned against reading too much into the videos.*(that show the cops attacking Eric)*

'Videotapes never present all of the facts in a situation,' said Patrick Lynch.'They never capture the criminal act or offense that brings police action to the scene. They present an isolated period of a police interaction but never the entire scenario."

Lynch, the president of the organized New York cops couldn't have said it better. The scenario is incomplete without placing Eric's untimely death in the greater context of the revolutionary occupiers' war against decent worker *("middle")* class women and men who enjoy the simple pleasure of an occasional tobacco product.

Unlike pot - which has the opposite effect - tobacco use tends to increase the mental acuity of those who enjoy its' simple pleasure. The pothead generation is now passing on. Let us hope that, when they are finally gone, mentally acute American children will once again stand defending the ramparts of the worldwide struggle for continued national existence.

It is being reported that Thousands of New Yorkers have turned out for a rally protesting the homicide at the hands of another of the gentle giant, the married grandfather person of color and father of six, Eric Gardner. On the day of his homicide, Eric had attracted the attention of the cops by breaking up a fight between his fellow persons of color.

Eric had been arrested long ago for the "crime" of failing to collect the confiscatory tobacco tax the Government tax and control masters **("Liberals)** impose on ordinary worker **(:middle")** Americans - most of whom are decent overtaxed White people. On the day of his killing, Eric complained loudly that ever since he was caught selling cigarettes without collecting the confiscatory Government tax, the cops harassed him every time they saw him. This good and decent married grandfather died at the hands of another shortly after making his statement.

Before the revolution, Government courts would assign comparative blame in cases of homicide. Revolutionary Long Beach activists **("Liberals")** were among the first to fan the flames of tax and control related hysteria that demonized decent worker **("middle")** class Americans who enjoy the simple pleasure of an occasional tobacco product. Let us wait to see if the post-revolution Government courts will give Long Beach revolutionary activists their day in court. If not, Eric's death will have been in vain.

I know few people who uses electronic cigarettes to avoid tobacco. So far, according to some articles that I've read, e-cigarettes may be safer than regular cigarettes. The biggest danger from tobacco is the smoke, and e-cigarettes don't burn.
But still, we don't know enough about their long-term risks or the effects of secondhand exposure.

Exactly. Even though Government tax and control-masters have no evidence that e "cigarettes" pose long term "risks" or "secondhand exposure risks" to the user or to others, they want to impose Government regulations that would justify imposing punitive taxation on those who enjoy their use. This is proof positive that the objective of their concern is the loss of tax revenue due to the decline of tobacco use. Proposed Government schemes to tax and control of soft drinks fits this pattern. Imposing taxes on soft drinks and sweets has nothing to do with targeting women - and others - who may be a little bit overweight. It has everything to do with imposing punitive taxation on ordinary worker **("middle")** class women and men who are already suffering terribly as a result of the Government inflation tax.
