Actually, their individual take home will probably be closer to $13 million after taxes.

working is fun. i guess it depends on individual's jobs. Some people never worked a day because their job is like playing to them.

If the other states paid out $250,000 for a 5 number ticket why did California just pay out 220,000?

I love my job and I understand that. However, the minute I win $10M I am pursuing other interests.

It says CA splits the winning instead of having a flat amount.

I think it`s a scam too ! Like when the show MAKE ME A MILLIONAIRE was on TV .The contestant that was chosen to go for the last game of the show stopping the number orbs would be asked if the # would be higher or lower. Then if the # was 31,the contestant would say that the next # would be LOWER.And the next # would be HIGHER !Therefore, the contestant had another shot at his selection #.Again when asked if the # would be HIGHER OR LOWER,it would be the opposite!I don`t think that was fair to all the contestants that participated in that game. Why did they have to say whether the # would be higher or lower ? That was a complete scam !

Id keep working too...
I KNOW I would go crazy sitting at work being lazy.
So Id continue to work.
I just dont feel confortable being at home being a couch potato.

If you say- travel the world... sure... when I take vacation.

sorry-- that should say- I would go crazy at home- being lazy.

Its surprising to hear what happens to all those millionaires- they end up poor-
many of them just start having all sorts of problems.
They give money to family- to church- to him and her- and invest the money poorly...
Heck--- this is what Id do...

continue to work..
put money in the bank.
Live off the interest from the money.
As I age- use a little money here and there.
And in my will- leave the money for a good cause.
