Fineman, 44, had complained that the man was staring at him while he was having dessert with his wife and another couple. Another diner was wounded.

So you think his murder was justified then? People have a right to be in public without some freak staring at them when they are paying an establishment to enjoy themselves. The consititution does not give a person the right to go anywhere and behave anyway they like.

I grew up around the corner from garbarini in redondo beach where we both grew up he slept in a shed behind his parents home and as long as ive known him he was always a punk always into trouble looking back I figured he would do something crazy or die young im not at all surprised now hes locked up in corcoran the same place manson is caged
