Amy is lying. YEAH, right! Learn how to spell DRUGS. Oh, you made a deal? So... instead of starting a lawsuit that any attorney would pick up "pro bono" and getting THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, you decided to "will we made a deal I got 2500.00" Whatever. Get a grip.

Sorry to hear you had such a horrid experience. I feel the same most cops are inherently untrustworthy and abuse their authority. What do you think about the criminal "injustice" system as some call it, in general? If you want to talk, I am at [email protected] Thanks.

Part 2
Cold metal handcuffs were fastened on my frail wrist and I was seated on a bench in the public for all to see. It felt like a walk of shame. People passing by had either looks either looks of disgust or bewilderment seeing me in handcuffs. The cops took my bag and relocated me to another location. I was frisked by a detective and put in the cell. It was so disgusting and the cell was caked with grime. I wanted to throw up and I cried my eyes blood shot red at the predicament I was in. My body shook to the core and I couldn't control it. For sometime I couldn't get in contact with my family and I was terrified.
When the other cops asked what I was in for they looked at them funny but did nothing. They just gave me blank looks of disbelief. The cops that arrested me were trying to be nice and offered me hot chocolate and food. I don't know why they kept asking me if I was okay or if I needed anything. I'm assuming it's because of guilt. I just ignored them and didn't touch anything because I was so distraught and angry. I just sat there and prayed. Finally I got in contact with family and they came to collect my belongings.
Later on I was fingerprinted and they took my picture. The cops and I went to another location and I was put in an ever dirtier cell with these looney tunes. Omg I just wanted to go home and I felt so deserted. There was a rage in me that was so scarey. I talked to this other woman who was in there. She had called the police to help negotiate between her and her husband, but was arrested instead. Very late in the evening I spoke to a legal aide. She told me that they're not trying to destroy my record or anything and I have a good chance or having it sealed. I couldn't take it anymore. She couldn't even look at me and just left.
I went before a judge and it went by so fast I was just directed out. Later on I found out that the charge which wasn't even a misdemeanor was put on my record. It will be on my record for a period of six months. After that it will be sealed. If I get in trouble or arrested I will get charged both accounts. My family took me home and tried to console me. They didn't understand why I was arrested in the first place for a traffic violation. I paid the fair in full but I used my brother's card. I didn't jump the turnstile or not paid at all. I can't even begin to fanthom how many other people were put through the system because of miniscule offenses. It's so depressing I thought that they were here to protect us but all they do is arrest us. I will never call the police to help me in any situation. I have lost ALL respect for that shield. It's not a symbol for honor, or integrity
but for being unscrupulous. Later on I found out from a family member who works in law enforcement that they have to reach their quotas and get bonuses for the number of arrests they get by the end of this month. Basically I'm someone's bonus. I have so much faith in the blue.

I might I see what happens when I call police, nothing. Their spineless I do a better job myself. Last time I saw the police they were trying to take a 75 y/o lady's van from her and when I jumped out with my camcorder they scattered like cockroaches when you put the lights on.

That is my advice to everybody, anytime you run into law inforcement go to Radio Shack spend 40$ get a voice recorder and record them and watch how different they treat you. And you don't even have to tell them your recording them. I like to throw it in their faces. However I will say they are not all bad.. Good and bad on every side. By doing this I have a multi million dollar lawsuit against them.

I have a Legally Licensed .45 and a 12 Gauge Pump.
I don't dial 911, and feel it's better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

I tend to notice that most of the whiners on here are actually criminals! "I was just sitting in a car smoking a blunt...". "I used my handicap brother's card for public transit..." awwwwww.... I feel real bad and sorry for you criminals. It's a shame that the mean police punished your for your crimes! The only people who have room to talk are the ones who HAVEN'T been breaking the law. Yeah. There are bad cops. They are criminals, just like you, and they go to jail for their crimes. JUST LIKE YOU. Stop whining and go do something productive.
I have to agree.. If you don't break the laws you don't have to worry about the Po-Po. Nuff Said.

The crooked cop can go where the good cop will not, when your opponent is not one who follows rules
