350,000 represents less than 1% of the population of California, and they are not identical outcomes. ASD represents a vast spectrum of conditions and severity from severe to almost normal. Most of that 350,000 fall into the mildly affected category. Of course Ross Coe doesn't want to know that.

Ross Coe obviously doesn't know the meaning of the word SPECTRUM as used in the term 'Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD)'. If he did, he would realise that there is a large range of different severities in different cases of autism. Therefore, only a "cat-turd" (like Ross Coe or Sam) would think that all cases of autism were of the same severity.
