The Stonewall riots had more stamina. They weren't just some one nighter, like the earlier, West Coast riots were.
Still, it's always great to read about LA and SF and now San Diego. I think there must have been equally early stuff going on in Chicago and Boston, too.

"Stonewall" was NOT a "riot".
It was an UPRISING.
