The "cuts" in Doctor Reimbursements were a lie from the beginning. It was no secret that Obama "promised" to "save" money with his socialized medicine monstrosity. Congress openly promised the "Doc Fix" for the future.

This is Dishonest Medicine. It is just another example of how this President governs.

Response to Virginia Johnson, South Gate regarding alley shoppers aka recyclers:

Well, humans are the filthiest creatures on the top of the food chains. Yes, the recycle bins and dumpsters belong to the city. It states the containers not the contents belong to the city. The city outsources trash pickup. Many large items TVs, Sofas, chairs, tables, microwaves, radios, telephones, construction waste, Mattresses, scrap metals, etc. are left in the alleys or next to the trash containers. I am happy alley shoppers aka recyclers pickup your junk. That is ok to leave these items so you don't have to pay for pickup.

The Long Beach alleys are junky and filthy looking. The recycle and trash bins need cleaning and are super filthy. The large dumpsters are over filled and need twice a weekly pickup. Many alleys need repair. I always kept my alley clean daily.

Also residents are not recycling 99% of their glass, plastic bottles, newspapers, magazines, electronics, etc. waste. I see good food, clothes, shoes, cds, movies, books, electronics etc. still usable thrown away. Many place these discarded items in a bag next to the bins. They are free for the public. If I see these items I give them to the homeless shelters, senior centers, private schools, and retirement places. These items still have life in them. Please shop at garage sales and thrift stores.

The waste in America is a catastrophe. Stop shopping at Costco. You are throwing away 25% of all purchased foods. You are over spending and over eating because it is cheaper. Your health is at risk. Just look at all the fat people eating 3500 calories a day at fast food chains and restaurants. You should be walking 1 hour a day.

Everyone please recycle 95% and clean-rinse all your recycleables. All food peelings should be in a bag. Stop throwing away food that is edible or a bag of potatoes or oranges because one is rotten. Again you are over shopping. Remove the bad item.

Don't forget to look at the good side of the recyclers. Yes, they are noisy. I am happy the alley shoppers are doing further recycling. I am sure you hate it that someone is making a few bucks off your wastes. Sad. Less landfill wastes are needed also. Many scavengers are homeless and have no food stamps. I can furnish a 3000 sq ft home with the thrown away goodies, furniture, TVs, etc. Shame on America and its wastefulness. This includes fast food chains, restaurants, hotels, Starbucks, Peet's Coffee, schools, corporations, etc. who are the worst waste criminals.

We are running out of garbage dump landfills that are polluting our ground water, soil, and future. Humans add 1 billion people every 18.5 years. By 2010 the 7th billion counted human is here and in only 12 years. Why? In the 20th century we added 6 billion humans. Again, Why? Over population is POLLUTION. Everyone needs to reduce, recycle and reuse your items and usage. Pollution, over population, and over waste is everyone's problem. We should pay married people not to have kids. The world would be better. Now that is an intelligent idea.

In Long Beach, who is bankrupt $18.5 million plus fines alley shoppers $250 per violation (criminal) and anyone who sleeps over night on a public road in a camper or small mobile home (usually jobless) is fined $300 per violation. Long Beach is a very mean ugly stupid filthy pathetic city. Our roads, curbs, alleys, sidewalks, etc. are poorly maintained for 20 years. These city ordinance fines were passed without the voters' representation. The fines are excessive.

Long Beach is the lowest income city in Los Angeles County. We have high Section 8 housing, Medical and food stamp recipients. Why do parents need 4-6 kids? I blame religion, macho men, and cultures of poverty for pollution, trash and over population.

I pickup discarded trash and recycle-ables on the street. When I walk the beach, I also pickup recycles left behind by you.

Stop with the socialized medicine crap, unless you want to get rid of the VA and Medicare programs. Just admit that there is absolutely nothing President Obama could
do that you would approve of.
