Defense makes case for Sadowski's insanity in trial's first day

An "Insanity" verdict means he won't be executed AND could get out of prison someday. If his original intent was "to kill himself and go to hell"... why doesnt he stand up and be a man and plead guilty... we'll kill him and send his sick twisted ass to hell -- just as he wanted in the first place.

You really need to write alittle more clearly with out the accent!!

This man is incredibly sick; if, as he should be, found to have been insane he won't be going anywhere-- he'll simply be treated in an appropriate mental hospital for the criminally insane. People don't understand that this guy isn't faking -- he is truly disturbed and even if NOT found insane he will always have to be in a prison psych ward. Either way, he's not going to be out trying to get to hell to see the devil anytime soon. And in case anyone wondered, in this country we don't execute our mental defectives -- that's cruel and unusual punishment that's against the Constitution. Although from reading this comment string you might not know it, we were created under a system of law, not barbarism, thank God.
