Actor to be arraigned Friday on two misdemeanor DUI charges

Actor Thomas Dekker is scheduled to be arraigned Friday on two misdemeanor DUI charges stemming from his arrest last month in North Hollywood, the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office confirmed Tuesday.
