Uumm if you can read, the article says that Banamex USA is owned by Citibanl which is an American owned company. And for all you people talking about laundering money through this new back...do you think that other banks in the area haven't been doing so for years?

. The crooks associated with this bank are living large in Wall Street since they meet at the Citi Group board meetings. Citi Group owns Banamex! So what does that say about our American bank execs? They pushed for bailouts and screwed American taxpayers out of billions. So the big crooks are the execs in Wall Street.
