And you wonder WHY your state is bankrupt? I don't care how pretty or advanced the building is. If the teachers are incompetent or substandard, they might as well be going to class, on a river bank. A healthy dose of reality might actually be a good thing. Not only for the students but the teachers, and definitely for LEGISLATORS!
