We should not discriminate against billionaires. If Ed Roski and Majestic Realty can get an exemption to build a stadium, so should Anschutz Entertainment Group. Mom and pops who can't afford to max out campaign contributions though, they deserve to be treated like the scum they are and must go through a full EIR and all the other bureaucratic nightmares created especially for them. Losers!

My two cents:

Steinberg requires AEG go through the CEQA process before an exemption is granted.

We should probably expect an EIR to be developed in the coming months.

A couple of things in favor of the exemption:
Less political resistance from the neighborhood
Been done before

In my opinion this plan would be more favorable to the NFL than Roski's plan to build a stadium in Industry.
