So the down turn in the economy has slowed the number of new laws inflicked on the people of Calif., guess even storm clouds can have silver a lining, Will wonders never cease?

What will not change - and never will, is that the state and government cubicle workers will continue to grab more of our tax money to fund for their fiefdoms and that the registered voters will continue to elect these same tax-grabbing, arrogant scum**** into office for another 2 or 4 or 6-year terms.

My understanding is that AB 91, the Assembly bill requiring Ignition Interlock Devices (IID) for DUI offenders will not take effect until July 1, 2010. So the Press-Telegram may want to have a look at the bill and issue a correction as to the effective date of the bill. It did not take effect on January 1, as indicated in the article.
The bill was authored by Assemblyman Mike Feuer, of the 42nd district.
