'Arnni' is no republican.

California needs change now. The Democratic party is failing us and we need the best man or woman for the job regardless of party affiliation.

Please be careful with your votes and place them where they will do the most good for California.'SOS' SAVE OUR STATE!

You have to be a fool to vote for your hippy.
He empowered the now out of control public worker unions the first time around.
Cut state workers jobs by over 40,000, no one will even notice they are gone.
Enforce immigration law and Ca has a chance.

YOU do not think you will notice 40,000 state workers gone?? BS. Try standing in line at the DMV for close to 2 hours, try getting some one to come out and put out that fire in the mtns.yea those are state workers and try to get CHP out there when there is a shortage, they will be back at the office jammed up in paper work. Courts system is a horror now , try to get something done, if you got 40,000 missing state workers. People need to think ...

Arnold how do you feel the public workers are out of control ?? Some of these state workers have not had a raise in 8 years! They have been under furlough for almost 2 years... 3 days a month. That is insane!

If your going to cry about their pension packages, I will say you had a chance to work for the state like so many others. Most people do not like working for the state. They feel the money is not as good as private industry. They do not like being of service to the state.

But where would we be with out our state workers?? I support state workers 100%. I have seen the crap those people have been put through over the years.

I still say you all are all wrong to vote Meg in ... you seriously want another Arnold in there? You seriously want to put a person in office who had to buy the position? I do not think a lot of you have done your homework, and listened to , to many of her fake commercials .

We will see when she debates Jerry Brown...IF she DOES.

AND SIR I am NO fool!!! I just do NOT want another GAS and that is what Whitman is!!

We will get loads of government money just like New Orleans. I think it came out to $500,000 per house to rebuild. I just hope we dont have any fires. If we do than we would be Fu#@ked. We will have to give it all to our fire GODS.
I wouldn't be a bit surprised if it was something along those lines. Heck, if you look at it, the entire world is overdue for a population hit. It's about every 75 years that some event hits that wipes out about 5-10% of the population. The last one was WW1. When that event eventually happens, that can certainly be the catalyst for what I'm talking about.

You could fire 40K state employees no problem. The DMV should be privatized. Its a complete clusterf&ck at that place.

They couldn't even manage to put in a new database, wasted tens of millions dicking around with Oracle a few years back. I'm amazed they finally got online registrations going a few years ago, but they wasted years they could have been doing it. Enough bashing the DMV, they're the least of our problems.

Prison guards are making out like bandits. The War on Some Drugs has got to end so we quit incarcerating every guy "dealing" pot. These people aren't violent, and the ones who are generally illegals that the state isn't doing the job of keeping out of here and away from our citizens.

I have zero sympathy for the "plight" of state workers. Boo hoo they had to work a few less days a month. I think it was 2 actually not 3, for most of the time. Anyway, 10% less pay is a lot better than 100% less pay, am I right?

Meg Whitman claims she knows how to create jobs - cause she did so at EBay. What that really means is that she knows how to join a growing company and not completely run it into the ground. Have you been on Ebay, lately? She took a thriving company choked and destroyed it with all sorts of fees, so no one wants to use it anymore.

Ask anyone. Ebay sucks, now.

Not another politician ready to sign blank checks.
Yeah, that business savvy worked real well with Arnold, that is the platform he ran on and look where we are now. I can hardly wait for Whitman to drive the final nail in the coffin that was once California. The business part of Whitman is buying the governor's seat. One hundred million and counting.

Let's try something new. A republican Governor and a republican dominated state assembly.
We haven't had that scenario for decades.

Completely agree with below. I do think Arnold has made some good unpopular decisions (the few he can actually get done). These State workers complain aboiut the furloughs, but how lucky they have jobs. They could have been given a pay cut (should have been really) and still work 40 hrs every week, but they get a day off, sure without pay=. How many company's do you know that do that in the private sector?!

I am so sick of politics.

California ought to be two states anyway. The conservatives can run around the south, the rest of us the north. The north can boost it's economy with "progressive moral" ventures, such as cannabis and a large scale hemp to fuel refineries. Hell, maybe even a massage parlor and casino or two...
