I thought about Botox but then found a natural alternative that gives much better results. The HAFE System was designed to decrease existing lines and wrinkles while preventing new ones from surfacing. Dr. Mousaviís program builds on the knowledge that facial muscles are directly attached to the skin that covers them, and by developing the right set of facial exercises combined with doctor formulated skin care products, he was able to produce amazing results for me and several of my friends. You can buy this program online at www.hafesystem.com .

I would never trust anyone that has to advertise on these lousy forums.

Hmm... Botox is not an advertisement? I prefer to know there are good natural ways to improve rather than put a poison in my body...

Which would you do?

I've been thinking about getting a face lift for quite some time. What can you suggest with the recovery process? I don't know exactly what to expect. How long will the soreness last?
