Two years in a row, items that I have mailed to Bicker & Co have been "lost in the mail" only to appear when it's too close to the tax deadline. Last year they had to file an extension for me. The year before, they did the same thing to my friend and did not even notify him about extension!
I think this company lacks organization...has anyone else experienced something similar with this company? If so, please let us know!
