I would look at myself in the mirror, except it doesn't reflect my image.

Isn't that weird?

I'm amazed at the stupidity of some of the people here. Search priest in Google. Look at the first thing that comes up: priest-pedophile crisis. Priests get horny too, y'know.

Ron - Former Parishioner

As a former parishioner, I speak from personal experience when I say this is no surprise. This so-called man of the cloth has seen fit to hold others in judgement without so much as the courtesy of a conversation. He has no idea how much time and effort is required to create, support and manage a family yet he feels comfortable making life altering decisions that have a direct impact on adults and children alike. His arrest only fortifies my belief in a forgiving but just God. My prayers are with the victim and with a country that is tasked with looking beyond idealism and holding those in a seat of power and influence accountable for their indiscretion. Should he be found guilty, I hope his punishment is proportionate to his crime and that he is banned from the Catholic Church. Moreover, I hope civil authorities are astute enough to ensure that he is appropriately named a sex offender so that others excape his predatory practices.

Well, personally, I dont care who this guy thinks he is, raping is sick and for all the people who believe raping is sick, you should know that raping is raping and even if some "well respected" person is a priest, he committed a crime beyond belief. And for all you people who say that all the people who are committed to God or are highly devoted to a spiritual subject are living good and normal lives, well first of all that's stereo-typing and second of all, you're wrong 'cause you might be the one living a good and normal life. Plus, for all you people who say that this man is well respected and a good-hearted person, well what do you have to say now. so please people, get it in your thick skulls. Besides, the only reason that you are saying all of these nice things is because he is a priest. But really, "A man is a man no matter what he is or has."
You know Who I AM

Randy: You know who I am. I refuse to utilize the title Father before your name because quite frankly, you haven't earned it. You have no earthly idea what it takes to be a father. You've never experienced the pressures of financially supporting a family, you have never been forced to negotiate a relationship with a woman, and you have never been tasked with so much as staying awake a single night with a sick child let alone imparting the survival skills on a child necessary to negotiate life. For five years I have watched my children suffer from the aftermath of your "Devine Advice." As a devoted father, I have been tasked with cleaning up your mess. Suffice it to say that I am pleased to see that a young lady has been brave and strong enough to bring attention to your unnatural preoccupation with lost and vulnerable women. Your tendency to show up in the knick of time to "save" these women has been revealed as nothing more than a clever cover for your inability to control your human desires. In the interim, God has seen fit to return my children to me. In "JOB-like fashion," (see Old Testament - Book of Job,) God has seen fit to grant me my children, the company of a beautiful new partner and two wonderful additional children. If you doubt the devine nature of this reality, ask yourself this question...how many single fathers do you know with primary custody of ALL of their teenage daughters? No doubt somebody higher than you is overseeing my family and I must be doing something right. In the interim, my ex-wife is still suffering from the same selfish preoccupation and financial indiscretion that ultimately lead to the demise of our marriage. She is still unable to live within her means and her relationship management issues seem to have silled over into her relationship(s) with her children as well. Nonetheless, I'm sure she's missed having coffee with you while you were away. As a former devout Catholic who has had audience with our Late Holy Father Pope John Paul II, let me offer YOU some "FATHERLY" advise. I stress the word "Father" as I'm quite certain I've earned the title. Renounce your ordination and exit the church with whatever dignity you have remaining before you impose any more damage on unsuspecting individuals and/or families.

(Continued...) Note, I no longer blame myself for not having seen you coming and not having adequately protected my family from you and your peers.(Note: Father Bob's actions caught up with him as well.) My ex-wife may be foolish enough to buy into your "shepherd-like" facade, but I know EXACTLY who you are and I never make the same mistake twice. I highly recommend that you never so much as engage in a hallway conversation with one of my daughters in my absence or without my permission. Despite my best efforts and relentless prayers to be the best human being I can be, I am neither as lenient as our civil authorities appear to be nor am I as forgiving as our Devine Creator. All the Legions of Angles combined won't save you from my tenacity. I will pursue every legal channel and every legal resource necessary to bring you to justice. I will spare no expense. I am nearly as confident in the Justice System of this Country - a Country I proudly defended - as I am the God that created it. Hence, I am confident that you won't escape this situation unscathed. As in any negative situation there is some positive. In short, in all of this havoc, there remains a learning opportunity. The lesson for all fathers and family leaders is that we need to be as leary of the less-than-obvious predators within our church and family(ies) as we are of the obvious predators outside. In truth, the internal manifestation of evil is far more dangerous inside of our proverbial comfort zone because we have a tendency to trust spiritual leaders to be somehow stronger, wiser and more-disciplined than we are ourselves. Read the article. This is not the case. Don't take your spiritual direction from another man/woman/human being. Take your direction from God directly. Fathers and Family leaders, do yourself a favor. Read the article and see the information within with an objective eye. Protect yourselves and those you love from ANYone who poses a threat to your family unit. Sadly, those in positions of influence are likely the most dangerous. Randy: If you have an shred of decency, you'll do the right thing. Exit the church and find an occupation more suitable to your strenghts and weaknesses - wherein you can't hurt anyone anymore. You know who I am and you know how to find me. Feel free to contact me with questions or concerns. I will pray for you and all parties involved - but I will especially pray for the woman in question and countless other victims who have been less apt to bring attention to themselves or your acts of indiscretion.

Fr. randy you are always on my prayers.
Then let us not judge the accuser. If you say he is innocent then she is guilty. Do not judge her either. Pray for them both.
What the Bible says

These people (priests) like to do and practice things opposite to what the Bible teaches. They are trained to contradict the Word of God. We should educate ourselves so that we would not be guided into the abyss. Start by reading this:

Matthew 23:9
And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.

We may call our Dad "father" when referring to the flesh, but when it comes to our spiritual life... we must be careful who we call "Father".
