Districts seek parcel taxes to fill budget hole

Faced with cumulative budget cuts and an expanding black hole where state revenue should be, four school districts in Santa Clara County and three in San Mateo County are seeking local taxes to stabilize their budgets.

Please don't vote for any school district parcel taxes. We are over taxed now. Let the Superintendent and staff of the school district take a 70 per cent cut in pay first.
