True everyone should of been wearing seatbelts however if you read the whole article in the Santa Cruz Sentinel, the officers make it seem that the driver (the now deceased Nano) was in total fault. This was a drunk driving accident in which another car with a drunk driver clipped Nano's vehicle, causing him to lose control. We know the tragedy that followed. Why is there no mention of the drunk driver? Why no mention of the one who ran away and as far as I know is still at large? They have one of the people in the drunk car in custody so this is public information. We pray for all those who suffered a loss in this tragedy

" For some reason that's still under investigation, the Ford Explorer veered into a 1996 Nissan, striking it and causing both vehicles to lose control." WHO hit WHO now? Nowhere in the article does it state anything about DUI. "The Nissan was driven by Emilian Ochoa, 51, who had a passenger, Aurelio Ochoa, 42, both of San Pablo. CHP reports indicate both vehicles were traveling at least 75 mph in a 65 mph speed zone. The Ochoas didn't complain of injuries, and were interviewed and released at the scene. Thibodeau indicated they were not at fault." Straight from the article. CHECK the report before you accuse either Ochoa of being drunk starting this unfortunate event.
