You noticed that as well? next, he will come back to attack you about not being able to read or something like that, and them me for defending you, when I have done nothing of the sort.
THis person is VERY "quirky" to say the least! Maybe he should have stayed in jail/prison? He seems to have PERSONAL knowledge of the difference, and was PROUD to tell us that we didn't!
Next he will be PROUD to tell us the difference between murder and killing someone, because he KNOWS from personal experience?
Whack job to say the least

I "implore" you to get educated because you have a "tendency" to spell erroneously.

By the way for the last time why do you insist on degrading real crime victims? You dare compare an event where people were actually killed to my case where the prosecution themselves admitted that no crime occurred.

You do a severe injustice to those who are truly affected by real crime.

As for obsession, you're the one obsessed with me. Lest you forget you were the one inquiring if I was going to post. You are the one who continually replies to my posts. That satisfies the continually repetitive nature that defines most stalking laws. Take note I have no idea whether or not you post on any other threads and yet in this thread you purposefully choose to attack me. So then you are the one obsessed with me because you seek me out. However your actions truly define "troll" behavior.

By the way a person placed under arrest in no way suggests guilt of a crime. They are just being seized or detained and as happens a lot in this country they are released with no charges filed. A person might be a suspect, get arrested, and then released because no evidence exists or they had the wrong person.

Seems you really don't know anything about the law, I implore you to learn something before you post once again in pure ignorance.
You should

really seek help. You sound like OJ Simpson and Casey Anthony. Both were also arrested and set free. Just because you were found not guilty doesn't mean you are INNOCENT! You are a punk. Your time will come..

That's some seriously stupid thinking.

Seems you keep skipping over the part where I said the prosecution admitted at trial that no crime occurred.

So in their own words I was innocent from the very beginning. And yet here you are in complete ignorance stating something where you have no evidence to prove.

OJ Simpson is serving 33 tears in prison. Get your facts straight.

By the way...

So then by your foolish standards the Duke LaCrosse players should be in prison. Strange it was the district attorney that went to jail for falsifying charges.

So then by your standards all the people that have been released from prison either by confessions made by the real perpetrators, evidence that proved their innocence, or those released because of better DNA testing...so all those people should still be in prison.

By your standards Jesus Christ got what he deserved.

hahahaha SERIOUSLY? I stated I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one and my comment gets marked clueless and nuts?!?!?

Seriously?

Let;s refresh shall we:

http://www.lcsun-news.com/ci_11254298

He sued for a false arrest and false imprisonment. He won because it was settled out of court. Case closed 2009. All of this under a specific person's watch.

While reading that case I came across more facts contained in this article:

http://www.elpasotimes.com/newmexico/ci_15854...

In another article Martinez said that she had never had a case dismissed for speedy trial violations and yet:
http://www.elpasotimes.com/ci_11252721...

That's one of her cases.

And then the best part of the article. She had on her DA website a graph showing that in 2007 she had 5,000 felony prosecutions and yet in this very article it says:
"1,200 to 1,300 felony crimes"

At some point you people have got to accept the fact that all she does is lie and she will commit grandiose lies when it comes to making herself look good in the public eye.

Somebody might want to ask her why she went from calling the spaceport Richardson gluttony to now supporting it to the teeth.

What is your point?

"Unmasked- not disguised"

I now will call you out on your ignorance of the law. As stated the image was blurred to protect the victim. Why are you refusing to accept that? However the other legal issue is the video could be taken as an attempt to influence the alleged victim and thus add charges. Of course that might be something you want.

But let's get back to the real issue, you don't care about the girl.

"martinez hurt you"

The ironic thing about that name is she did indeed violate my civil rights. A severe violation of the 4th Amendment. So for once you actually did post something factual and relevant.

However again you avoid the issue. You have an issue that the production company blurred my face, failing to note they burred the faces of mostly everyone in the clip to include one of the girls. If you had watched it you would've known that. So the issue is why don't you have any concern for the alleged victim's reputation or privacy? Do you know anything about the privacy laws in this nation?

*Albuquerque, NM -* On Holy Friday, New Mexico's Catholic Governor, Susana Martinez, who just got back from Rome, representing the United States to greet Pope Francis I, forgets about the poor and middle class working New Mexicans and sides with the Republican Party and big corporate donors by vetoing the dollar minimum wage increase.

The minimum wage increase was recently passed by over 2/3 of Albuquerque voters in the 2012 election, and in recent polling, over 79% of New Mexicans support the increase of a dollar raise for minimum wage. An increase in the minimum wage for New Mexico would inject $67 million in
direct spending and produce over 590 new and immediate jobs in New Mexico; this would have been a much needed change to New Mexico's economy after
today's new unemployment numbers show an uptick of unemployment of 0.2%.

The statistics are a matter of public record. I don't think God had anything to do with the Governor's veto. She has higher aspirations.

You are aware that if one party should lose all government entitlements, your party would also lose yours? You are not as rich as you think you are.

Most minimum wage workers are older, we aren't just talking about teenagers. These are people who count on these jobs to support families.

Below is a statement from DPNM Chairman Javier Gonzales:

"Today is sad day for New Mexico's struggling families. To veto the minimum
wage bill is a slap in the face to the working people of this State. While
the Governor fought for tax breaks for large corporations she literally has
turned her back on New Mexico's families with this veto.

Just last week Susana called it gimmick and demoralized New Mexicans - this
veto is out of touch with every day New Mexicans. For every minimum wage
worker who was just denied a raise, there is a small business who just lost
a potential customer. And they have Susana to thank for it.

Almost 80% of New Mexicans support a raise of $1 dollar for minimum wage -
make no mistake that Democrats, who fought for working and middle class
New Mexicans, will go door to door, county to county, to every radio
station and TV, to remind voters of where Susana stands on fighting for
them."

This coming from the same person who promised to bring more jobs to New Mexico. So she'll bring jobs, but you can forget about good pay!

Speaking of bring jobs and this coincides with your other post. She schemed and was able to get Union Pacific to move their hub from El Paso to Santa Teresa. The gimmick...CUT THE FUEL TAX!

So just as in your post she makes cuts for corporations, but vetoes fair wage for workers.

Now the other point is she can swear up and down that by getting Union Pacific to move into New Mexico will bring more jobs to New Mexico...and yes that is true, but the jobs Union Pacific is bringing are already filled with their El Paso workers. All they will do is keep those same people and there won't be any new jobs for people in New Mexico. All this info can be found in several articles across the world wide web to include press releases available on the Union Pacific website.

Who is going to build that new hub? New workers. Union Pacific will have to hire more railroad workers also for a hub that size. They have already started announcing that they are hiring. Maybe you should apply, get a job and get off welfare.. The vast majority of Americans work for more than minimum wage. You should get a job..

What entitlements? Like trying to earn a decent wage to pay our bills, feed our families, put gas in our cars, buy toilet paper, and medications. Gee, I doubt that Sucia would be able to do all she does on the wages that others receive.

Most of the construction will be contract work, nothing new there and as stated the majority of jobs will be the positions already filled by the El Paso workers. Sure there will be more positions because the facility will be larger, but the "good ol boy" network will come into play. So that the El Paso workers will recommend a friend or family member and that person will get hired over a New Mexico resident who is unknown to the people hiring.
