Any evidence? LANL has done this or claimed it every year since my Dad first got a job here back in the 1970's. Funny too, the money thing was decided last September, would not affect anything now-looks like elections year propaganda-vote for wilson, she'll save the lab!

Did you notice the pit money went to Sandia, for Pantex? But those jobs were not paid for yet anyway. Pantex does not kill Americans.

Its the peace dividend knucklehead. Why don't you Phd jackasses go get a real job at WalMart like everyone else? Do something constructive for a change instead of making these crazy bombs for the benefit of mankind! Dont worry, the TARP money will cover your expenses in the interim. Ha ha

Still nothing. Anyone seen the Loch Ness monster too? Hey, did anyone notice the budget only lowered the amount on the cmrr building, which they had not hired for yet?

Notice how intel always does the same thing every election year, and now it is lanl?

Still was right.

They are not counting in the additional 400 jobs from switching wipp to Los alamos, and the additional from the cmrr hose job. This was just a stunt to reduce wages by hiring younger workers, and therefore increase lab management bonuses by lowering wages paid out and switching from current wages paid to retirement, making it look like there was an effective, but not actual, reduction.

The current widening of the state road 4 in white rock is all part of this, too.

If the lab was a fat man, it would claim to lose 50 lbs, while adding 100. and still whine incessantly.
