he Monitor recently lied. It claimed an external, and therefore useless audit, okayed the lab. If you know anything about checking facts, you have to be able to look at internal processes, not external and subjective commentary, to reach a sound conclusion.
In The New Mexican's Friday 9/13 edition, it says "Virtually every major project under the NNSA's oversight is behind schedule and overbudget-the result, watchdogs and government auditors say, of years of lax oversight and nearly automatic annual budget increases for the agency responsible for maintaining the nation's nuclear stockpile".
The same has been said of LANL itself, and its ridiculous management. It looks, due to a lack of appeal from the man himself, that Tim Butler has been taken over, just as Raphaelson and Singleton were, and turned. He did nothing to stop the ridiculous downsizing of the settlement his client was supposed to receive after being held at gunpoint by a lab manager. The lab recently allowed a manager to attempt the rape of one woman, too.
The second coming of the sequester comes in January. Do you think anyone is going to be able to stop the demon-infested lab hierarchy from losing even more money? No, as no one has been able to stop them from killing people. The article goes on to say "technical failures are the rule". Did anyone notice the last earthquake assessment came right after the last Be dosage put into workers against their will? The article goes on to lie, saying LANL is the only place where pit, or nuclear bomb triggers are made. That is not so, Pantex is still in operation, and still not having any problems not exposing or killing americans, while LANL's biggest enemy seems to be Americans-since the weapons are killing us, not our enemies.
You deserve it LANL mgmt! You suck. And now you are making all of LA pay for your crappy mgmt. BTW, you might have been able to get the New Mexican to pull it's story, but you did cause Kaupila to kill himself, and his wife still got her settlement, of over $400k, too. Pancreases do not spontaneously explode, unless a bullet goes thru them first. And you made us taxpayers pay for your murder.

Say hi to Heather, the sock puppet of Demonici. Hope she gets by on what money she received but did not declare. Remember how she got to keep her ill-gotten gains for the $450k she received, and the contractors had to pay, which means taxpayers paid for it twice since they paid it back, and were paid for expenses plus her bribery? Even that couldn't stop her being downgraded like a junk bond.
Funny how Heather was paid the same amount as DOE paid for suicide. Are both examples of the lab's coming demise? Anyone hearing kaddish?
