We did agree on something recently - less APD on the 'ho' patrol and more on real criminals.
Was that lessening your sex pool?

Its not just our AG, who has his own problems for sure, and who's also part of the problem IMO, its the judicial system here that fails to incarcerate criminals for the most part. Other states may be as bad or worse, but we don't live in them. We live in NM and we deserve better than we're getting.
Add to that foray the scumbag lawyers looking for any tiny technicality, be it real or imagined, combine that with some of the extreme judges and you have a disaster.
All it takes is one cog in the wheel to skip and the entire gear fails.
Actually, despite the recent attention paid in small towns letting go of drunks while driving, the opposite is true her in NM-we incarcerate more innocent people than almost any other state.

Remember when Brandenburg's office claimed that Gonzales kid raped and murdered an 11 year old, and hat they had 60 pieces of scientific and DNA evidence showing that? and someone who audited that found no DNa evidence at all had been tested, and the evidence instead pointed to an illegal mexican national in a Las CRuces jail, which had not previously released it due to none other than Gov. but then prosecutor Martinez's office?

I agree wholeheartedly. NM treats accused people like trash.
