LosAL will experience a boom with more and more families desperate to leave many areas of Long Beach and Lakewood. Hold on for a awhile and you will benefit from the civic collapse of the other communities.

Many insiders believe Los Angeles may go into Chapter 7 Municipal Bankruptcy in '13 (Stockton is filing today!) which will lead to union riots in LA County and will make property values in the OC improve.
