Shouldn't the new chief come in at a significantly lower salary, since they don't have to deal with blacks coming in on busses from Long Beach anymore??

What is the total compensation for a Police Chief in a safe little Beach town of 25,000?

How does the new Chiefs total compensation compare with other safe little towns of 25,000 around the Nation?

Big deal, being a police chief in Seal Beach is like being a dogcatcher in a big city.

Don't worry. Everything is under control over there. I heard the city council only allows Joe to carry one bullet, and he has to keep it in his front pocket unless there's an emergency.

No more Long Beach Transit buses allowed into Seal Beach, that has reduced the criminal element considerably.
