If I can't even go to work to get the damn money to care for the family because it is perfectly legal for the growing number of sadistic so called "adults" to call me princess, bit**, for my attempts to do well and refrain from standing around running my sh*t mouth all day and playing politics how will my family survive.
There is a baseline condition that should exist within all employment. Employers should not be allowed to grow corralling incarcerating environments rife with uncouth, threatening, demeaning, near stalking crap sacks who get off on harassment....oh but they make it status blind so as not to step over into the workplace EEO law territory. They make it harassing but keep the slurs away from sex, race, or other.
WE NEED A LAW. Many employers employ s*it for managers and that leadership encourages the harassment. It is folly to think that there is no law needed. When there is a law it creates the boundary that unethical sh*t employers fail to erect.
Whoever opposes...when it happens to you, a friend, or a family member with immediate economic needs and limited options, you will think you walked into a nightmare and will wish then that there was a baseline standard enforceable by law.
