Here is a better link to the full length film. EVERYBODY (especially school children) should have the opportunity to see this.

I know that the typical reaction of global warming deniers will be to not even watch it yet still disagree with it.

Don't waste your time and put your ignorance on display!

If you ACTUALLY take the time to watch it but disagree with some parts then good.

Come back with your own SPECIFIC rebuttals to what you disagree with.

A general "bullshit" claim doesn't hold much credibility!

What I think is funny is that one of the biggest pushers of the global warming theory and how we got here also has one of the biggest ecological/environmental footprints that an American can have - Al Gore. So either he's lying or he's a hypocrite or both.

You alarmist loons are fcuking hysterical. Try watching the movie "An Inconvenient Truth", from your leader Al "I Created the Internet" Gore. It is in the movie you fcuking ignorant moron.
Typical of the brain dead left. Make claims then when confronted they deny the claim was ever made.
Same as with you loons denying Fatass Al ever made the claim he created the Internet. Want to deny that too?
So in other words you can't really provide any PROOF that anyone has actually EVER said what you claim has been said?

Keep up the good work!

Also, you are exposing yourself as another RWN parrot in your claim that Al Gore ever said he "created" the internet.

FOX news pundits and ESPECIALLY Rush Slimeball have repeated that misquote over and over for so many years that simpletons like you have adopted it as truth!

Check the actual quote. He never said he "created" the internet you idiot!

Besides, personal attacks on Gore are irrelevant to the global warming debate. More bait and switch in an effort to hide the fact that you don't even have the attention span or the intelligence to sit down and focus on an hour and a half long video that just might teach you something!

What are you afraid of.....truth?

"During my service in the United States Congress, I took the initiative in creating the Internet" Gore said when asked to cite accomplishments that separate him from another Democratic presidential hopeful, former Sen. Bill Bradley of New Jersey

Which part of Gore saying he created the Internet escapes you Skippy? LMAO!

Damm you're in serious denial of facts aren't you Skippy. You really shouldn't be smoking so much crack this early in the morning.

I agree with you about not really needing dedicated snow plows in Alamogordo. I have lived in places that have very little regular snow where they attach blades to the front of 1/2 ton pick up trucks and they do a pretty good job of clearing the relatively small amount of snow from the roads before it can thaw/freeze which is the real danger.

Gore said he "took the initiative in creating the Internet" while in Congress. During the March 9, 1999, interview on CNN's Late Edition with Wolf Blitzer that gave rise to the myth, Gore said, "During my service in the United States Congress, I took the initiative in creating the Internet." Wolf Blitzer set the record straight on the July 6, 2008, edition of CNN's Reliable Sources, stating that Gore "never said,'I invented the Internet.' "

I am not claiming Gore invented the Internet either. I claim, and I quoted Gore, that he created the Internet. Both distinctly different. It is a FACT Gore claimed he created the Internet. Contrary to Mike there is no manipulation of his words. Gore was quite clear in his statement to his claim of fame. To further on his statement, he "took the initiative", implying no one else was interested in doing so.

Create: to bring into existence (i.e. God created the world and man)

Invent: to produce for the first time through the use of imagination or of ingenious thinking and experiment (i.e. Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone)

This is the most serious issue facing humankind in all the history of our species.....and somehow it's "funny" to you?
All I see here are false claims, misunderstanding and GROSS exaggerations.
In all seriousness can you provide quotes from any CREDIBLE scientists who have actually predicted a rise in sea level of +20 feet or Arizona being a coastal state?
I didn't think so.
You DO provide a perfect illustration here of the dim-witted system of "logic" used by those who would deny the obvious.
If you guys don't see BIG DRAMATIC changes then you reason to yourselves that nothing is happening right.
You just don't seem to realise that this global warming problem has been a slow, insidious creep. Records indicate though that compounded over the past fifty years that creep has been enough to signifigantly alter earth's climate, and now the changes, or the effects of man's contributions to the problem are accelerating exponentially at a rate NEVER seen before in the history of the planet!
How long will you waste what precious limited time may still remain to turn this thing around with your misinformed denial?
A rise in sea level of less than four feet would be enough to swamp many coastal cities. There is enough water in the ice of Greenland alone (which, to the astonishment of even the most pessimistic scientists is melting at a rate never imagined before)to raise sea levels worldwide ten feet!
Please take a little time to watch this video. You REALLY need to have this information.
Otherwise you will just remain in ignorance and continue to be part of the problem rather than the solution!
http://www.youtube.com/user/homeproject...
Try this site that quotes several scientists:
http://www.livescience.com/669-polar-meltdown...
It has much better credibility than YouTube

How about this scientist:
"Scientists predict that by 2100 the Earth will be on average 4 degrees (Fahrenheit) warmer that it is currently now, based on the current trend of warmer temperatures. The scientists are concerned that sea level will rise 20 feet or higher compared to present day due to the melting of Greenland and Antarctic ice sheets. The complete report is to be published in the March 24th issue of Science.
The picture to the right shows how Florida and Southern coasts would be flooded if 20 feet of sea level rise occurs. Only 3 feet of sea level rise would cover the majority of the city of New Orleans. The areas of red show what land areas would be covered by sea level rise in their computer model simulation if it rises 20 feet. This is a real eye-opener set of results, said the co-author of this study, Jonathan T. Overpeck, from The University of Arizona in Tucson. "The last time the Arctic was significantly warmer than present day, the Greenland Ice Sheet melted back the equivalent of two to three meters (about six to ten feet) of sea level." This study suggests that previous studies of ice melting will contribute 6 10 feet increase in sea level are wrong and would be over 20 feet of increase in sea level. This study looked at data from 130,000 years ago when the temperatures were also warmer causing the ice to melt and raising the sea level. This is the first time that a study looked at the Arctic and Antarctic melting during the Last Interglaciation from the time period of 129,000 to 116,000 years ago."
How does that crow taste now, Mikey
