Harrison District Judge caught breaking the law

Judge William T. Hughey has issued injunctions against nonresidents of the state. He is ruling on mineral rights in North Dakota which is prohibited by Texas law. He has several judical complaints pending for unauthorized exparte communication. Now Judge Paul Banner is also ruling on North Dakota properties. This raises serious questions about any case Hughey presided over the past 4 years. If anyone feels their rights were violated should file a judical complaint.
It raises question why these judges are willing to break the laws of Texas. And the injunctions they signed are invalid, illegal and constitute fraud. Seems by filing a injunction they think they can break the law and prevent it being exposed. I can provide documented proof of these claims. Sure seems like the buddy system in action in Marshall Texas.

El Paso Texas judicial system sorely needing investigation, it is business as usual to deny due process and ignore evidence. The judicial complaints are worthless I got a judge Edith that without investigation claimed my provable assertions of misconduct were " frivolous" very sad gate keeper and truth finder, who could care less about the truth for her buddy- good luck, but been there done that and only got really shot down.-c
