The Diocese should put the people attending Cristo Rey on trains. The trains could depart from the El Paso and Las Cruces train stations. For a small fee people could avoid the parking hassles. This will help with the automobile congestion and the hike from the parking lot to the mountain. They could make money from the train fee and this would also bring people downtown to visit shops and restaurants in the area.
