Colorado National Guard flood work could be delayed by shutdown
Roughly 120 Colorado National Guard engineers working on road and bridge repair primarily along U.S. Highway 36 could be told to return home Tuesday if Congress fails to avert a partial government shutdown - an outcome that would delay crucial work meant to help thousands of people.
