morris county police need to take a real police on job training course in newark, orange,or other areas in those surounding counties. They have the easy street here in morris, hunterdon, somerset, warr en sussex, county there is no major crime and if there is it's minimal. The way are economy is they should be more understanding,no they right more tickets.I can't believe they call people and ask for donations that is the funniest thing that has happend next to the american people who bend over backwards to help other countries and dont care about going on here close to 90 day of a horrific cotastrophy in the gulf.WE THE PEOPLE NEED TO STO THE MADNESS TIME TO WAKE/UP. GOD BLESS AMERICA "PLEASE"

You're an idiot. Maybe you should take some grammar classes before posting something for everyone to read. You have no idea what the police do in our towns. Obviously the public doesn't know most of the crimes that occur due to privacy laws. It's not the city, so crime is going to be lower...that's why people love living here; it's safer. Budgets have been cut all across the state which is why programs in local schools (like DARE) are being cut along with town events, such as National Night Out. So when someone calls to ask for donations, they're not asking for money to go to police salaries, but to the public for events and services. Research your facts before ranting on here next time, and use spell check.
