This is complete crap we as citizens do have an expectation of privacy and are guaranteed this by our constitution. I understand that driving is a privilege but it is ourselves and our families who are responsible for our behaviors. Not the state. No form of government has the right to interfere with our lives. The state of NJ has over stepped there boundaries on this. I am quite sore to say this but for this law to be repealed someone is either going to have to be car jacked, raped, or even worse killed i don't wish this at all. This could be the harsh reality when you make age apparent to predator's in the public domain.

not 100% sure how I feel about this one but Andy makes a valid point. If I had a teenage daughter...not sure I would love people knowing she was a young teenage girl in the car by herself - not even cops. sad state we live in these days...

This "crap" has resulted in a 44.4 percent reduction in deaths in teen drivers, so far, how fortunate those of us who have not had that tradegy in our homes are because of this law since it has passed. Way to go Kyleighs law!!!!!
