Yuck and Yum! The Heath bar winner is a yuck and the oreo/marshmellow is a yum! It's Dunkin' Donuts! When choosing a dozen to bring home...The "loser" would have been the seller in the box!

In myopinion of course!

Unlike sour cream, Oreo is a trademark specific product.

You could probably open a shop and begin selling the girl's creative invention, although you will likley receive a very quick cease and desist letter from Counsel for Oreo.

Use the same name and just use one of the dozens of other cookies that are "Oreo"s" but not branded as such.
"S'mOREO" sounds awesome .. call it "S'mOREEO"

Although I would prefer the S'mOreo, I have to admit that sour cream cake can be delish. You do know that it's baked in, not spread on, right?

Gee,

I wonder why Obesity, High Blood Pressure, and Diabetes are all such common problems in the land of Dunkin' Donuts ??

And they sell them by the DOZEN ?
