Bail set for 2 charged with arson, cocaine sale

Bail was set today for two Arlington Heights men charged with setting fire to a home in the northwest suburb and selling cocaine to an undercover police officer.

Kyle Kelly has caused a lot of heartache to a lot of families and there are many many people who are hopeful that he will be in jail for a long long time - if only to keep him away from our children! I know his parents have tried for years to straighten him out, but his father is not much better than his own son. We all learn by example.

judge Thomas Fecarotta Jr. of the Rolling Meadows branch of Circuit Court made a very bad call on Kyle. He will be back on the streets selling coke, threating JH Kids, breaking arms and limbs as in the past. Hopefully we can vote that Judge out of office
