TSA admits errors in N.Y. searches of elderly women

Screeners are required to perform random secondary screening. So, they pick people who are least likely to give them a hard time to meet their quotas. Children, elderly and frail looking people are picked out of the line most often. This whole process has nothing to do with providing safer travel.
