As a husband and Father of one in Island Park, I only ask why discriminate against spanish people Delaware residents?? Does the whole West End share your dislike towards the Spanish Ethnicity. However, people in this forum are seriously over-stepping and testing thier limits.
Keep your doors locked and your 1st floor windows closed LB residents, you never know when one of those mexicans you find so deplorable may find there way into you house in the middle of the night to confront you about how you talk about them...then lets see who has what to say. Adios!

The only payback I heard Calderone has is more job offers. I beleieve he is crrently working on 12 jobs, his busiest time of year. I cant hire the man! He is too busy! It seems that the only chickens I hear clucking are the ones with no food and roof on Delaware... probably pigeons

Son, first of all it looks like u need a dictionary, seems the only thing people don't like about this guy is that he is a professional scammer. Actually after reading thru all these posts he doesnt sound too professional; he got caught!

You are overstepping limits of ignorance by talking about things u dont have knowledge of.
Last time I checked Mexicans resent being called Spanish or Hispanic, because that means "came from Spain" and they are from a Latin American country. Got it?

And lastly your threats of a break-in only strengthens the negative sterotype of spanish or mexican or whatever u r trying to say. Better hope a report is not made to LBPD about u. If there is a "break-in" guess who'll be first on the list.

LB Home improvements have been making changes to my house for years and I have never had a problem with the job they have done or the price I was quoted. They have been nothing but efficient and very willing to work with any obstacles they may come about when building a home, whether it is a sewer back-up or just putting in a front stoop.

Hi My name is John and I am a contractor in Atlantic Beach and I have lived here for about 12 years. I have done jobs all over the barrier island and I have actually seen the house listed above I heard that it was a brothel. There were too many women living in the house un-related. The owners lived like pigs and barely took care of the place. My name is Mickey and I live in Point Lookout. I am currently installing a gas fireplace into my house. We came across a problem with a leak in my roof and like a good contractor Anthony was there when I need him most. Even though he came to install the fireplace, Anthony rearranged his schedule so I can have a fixed roof. Pitfalls happen all the time on a job, but that is the risk one takes when they ask someone to do work for them that they themselves are incapable of doing. I have the utmost confidence when I handed Tony the house and he came through as he has shown through past experience all over the island. Thanks again Tony and say hello to the guys.
