I live in Glenwood and I believed that this was one of the most beautiful peaceful small towns... thats why we moved from the twin cities to here. I hate having those dreams shattered by these criminals and I wish that our police system had been on top of it early but I am thankful they have be arrested- a little late but at least it was done.

It frustrates me when pain medications are illegally diverted for sale on the blackmarket. Honest physicians, who treat pain, get caught up in the mess when they are only trying to be compassionate and practice sound medicine. Their patients become victimized as their doctors come to view the opportunity cost of aggressively treating severe pain as too high. They fear that prescribing medication for severe pain can land them in legal trouble, which leaves their patients in severe agony as they lose access to medications which can alleviate their misery. Nobody seems to speak for these silent victims; they are too unhealthy, weak, and mired in pain to advocate for themselves. When you illegally sell or consume pain medications, you don't simply break the law or endanger children. You jeopardize the well-being and lives of people suffering suicidal pain.

Finally someone believes me now that she has been using and selling for over 3 years! Several children drug through it for a while, but all are safe now. I told my son just tonight, 3 endings to using drugs. Death(sometimes slow), Jail, and accepting Jesus to help you clean up. We don't get to choose the consequences to our actions. Great job to all of you. Bust EVERYONE.

Brandon, obviously it is difficult to see the truth about loved ones especially when you have a lifetime of histoy with the person. The fact of the matter is: EACH of these individuals are responsible for the collective pain, fear, crime, etc. that comes from drug abuse. There are so many "victims" that are the direct cause of drug abuse and sales; loved ones, friends, community, and of course society (who has to pay for everything). It is hard to admit that a loved one has screwed up or has a serious problem. There is a name for those who can't overcome that obsticle, Enabler....get past it, get a clue, and get your mom some help!

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Cancer

If you want to avoid having a row with someone, get out and about as much as possible today so you can work off all your nervous energy. If you stay in one place for too long you'll be in danger of becoming moody, and possibly even a right old crosspatch. You might also lose your temper with loved ones who are being bolshie or who have the audacity to disagree with you about something. Lighten up, Cancer!
