People are just obvlivious of their surrounding while they are driving. I was almost sideswiped on 694 in New Brighton last evening, due to a driving trying to text while he was driving. If I had not honked my horn, he would have hit me. People pay attention. The 4th is coming, if you are going to drink don't drive. Have a happy safe 4th everyone.
