Jerry Brown...are you for real? You impose something without thinking it through and then you have 'second thoughts'?
Cal State's "incentive" fees were designed to encourage students to graduate more quickly, freeing space for new students. But Brown, who attended the meeting of the governing board in Long Beach, said the plan needed more study.
To rush student to graduate 'more quickly' is a justification how? I thought getting the best education is what counts. So much for my thinking. Brown, you are an idiot!
How can anyone afford to go to college now a days with the fees constantly being raised and the price of books is beyond control. Yes you can research where to get the books cheaper but usually you are not given enough time to buy the books before you are hit with what is involved with the class. So we dumb down America, worse than it is already, elect the officials we do, due to lack of education because most people don't or can't read their voting ballot and then they elect a govern who can't make up his mind...?
Let's do a study on Jerry Brown and see where that gets us?

The fees and tuition costs will have to go up and may double within two years. No amount of tax increases will ever be enough since Voters failed to pass Prop 32.
