""A lot of people who live in the immediate downtown area are low income and making less than $100,000," Whitney said. "They are viewed as undesirable. The gentrification area just moved south of Third Street to Fifth Street.""

How do you move south of third street to fifth street? Does the PT have proofreaders?

re: gentrification of long beach.

Williams doesn't understand how white people work. They won't go to downtown areas with a lot of black kids raising hell. White people have the money. They pay off black people via welfare and slack government jobs a chimp could do, to keep them from invading their neighborhoods and overwhelming our prison system.
You can yell "racist" all you want, but that's the way it is, and will always be.
Whites are moving en masse back into urban areas, and blacks with their dysfunctional families and borderline sociopath kids can't figure into it, so they gotta move. Even Mexicans would rather not deal with the pathology of blacks.
So... see you in Lancaster, Shaqueequee.

It's a skeleton crew at the PT, the pay is horrible, only the burnouts and the desperate are still there, and not everyone can afford a compass.

Revolutionary Council has criminalized farmer's market sellers who provide customers the simple convenience of free plastic grocery carry bags to carry their purchases to their humble overtaxed homes.

Yet, our friends - the trees - are increasingly threatened because the minority of city residents who do not use expensive taxpayer funded food stamps can pay the Lowenthal grocery carry bag harassment tax to purchase tree-killing paper bags.

Meanwhile, unruly bicycle drivers take advantage of the "over 18 loophole" the vote pandering politicians provided for them for the purpose of escaping their responsibility to wear bicycle helmets. This loophole will increase Obamacare insurance premiums charged the minority of city residents who will not be provided "free" ratepayer funded Obamacare. Ratepayers will be forced to stand that additional cost under penalty of LAW!

Isn't it well past time for a tax-strike?
