Obviously, this woman has a mental illness. Sad, really. Other than the fact that it endangered people, it was mildly amusing to watch.

I call BS on the "losing a partner to cancer" excuse. She just finished up a 6 1/2 year stint in prison for crimes related to stalking. Before that, she spent years stalking the same woman. Where was her partner during that time?

A vehicular manslaughter conviction, an exhibition of speed conviction... yet, I bet this woman pays less for car insurance than I do. I love this freaking country!

I am an immediate family member of this person. Where do you all get your information? Yes, she did lose her partner of 18 years to cancer very recently. The stress of that caused her to go off of her medication. It is a really sad situation and I hope you all can have empathy or at least some sympathy for those involved instead of making silly assumptions and "calling BS".

I am just as sorry for her loss and problems as any one else.

BUT, even in the pitiful remains of our City, NO ONE has any excuse for trying to run over ANY one.
And, certainly not members of our Police who take enough risks trying to combat the failed Councils refusal to demand civilized behavior from people.

I have known Peggy and Maria for a long time. I was very sad to hear of Maria's passing. I knew Peggy when she was on her meds and she is a completely different person, very quiet and gentle.

The only way to answer the complete failure of our State's citizens to raise their chiildren to be worthy of their citizenship is the HAND GRENADE option.

We must not put the LBPD officers at risk as a payment for our abject failures.

Issue each officer Hand Grenades to be used as needed to keep our neighborhoods safe until we can refugee back to a proud American State.

Watch the original Gone in 60 Seconds, filmed in and around Long Beach circa 1973. The 40-minute chase scene is good but the Scion versus cops video is way better!
