What a great story. Thanksgiving week 1983 visiting out of town relatives inadvertently let our 5 year old mutt Susie out of the back yard in a pouring rain. We searched and searched forever to find her, at shelters and posting signs. 2 years later we received a similar call from animal control. She was only a mile or so away, her collar still intact with tags, but living in a thicket at the park, fed by kind souls and neighbors. Our beloved puppy came home and lived out her happy life until her death in 1994.

So what news is there in Beaumont? A rattler bit a resident as s/he got out of their double wide to check on their meth lab?
Thank you for that. Can't believe a grown person could have so much immaturity and anger inside them for them to dump such a remark on our happy little blog page. I love my dogs and would be unhappy if one went missing. I would also be very happy he was later recovered. Every pet lover is glad to read stories like this one. So for you "Who gives a sheat" we are sorry there were no murders, plane crashes, or natural disasters in Long Beach yesterday to entertain you.

Yea right, dog was snatched up and taken away when mom was walking it. How bout this: mom was careless, didn't use a leash, dog ran off, mom was too lazy to look for or go after dog so she came up with this story. From the tone in the story, it appears momhas/had issues with dogs at the house and keeping them mom drummed up this story. Its not the type of dog that would get scouped up anyways.

How about this: dog was snatched up and taken away when the grandmother was walking it. How do you know this is not the type of dog to get scooped up? Are you an authority on dog thefts? People steal for all sorts of reasons, just like people post idiotic comments for all sorts of reaslons!

Daily Horoscope for January 2

Libra

Instead of retreating into your own little world, get out there and spread some love and joy to all those around you. Be sure to pay close attention to the things that make others truly happy - often it can be the simplest of things. Libra is the most sociable sign in the Zodiac and you'll be in your element at the moment. You don't need to go overboard, though, and pick up everyone else's tab!
