I am a veteran of the Korean War. There are many people in the VA, the armed forces and the news media who say that the Korean War wasn't a war; it was nothing more then a conflict, a peace action, I was there.

Cambodian parents need to maintain strict supervision and keep their teens off the streets after dark. Are a few moments of pleasure worth risking your life?

They printed it because the teacher was underlining the fact that some Cambodians, as new immigrants in a very different culture, may not grasp the ins and outs of a new society and culture, so their kids may sometimes use that to their advantage to convince the parents to allow them to walk into unsafe situations. I completely agree...

There is so little difference between Democrats and Republicans anymore, it isn't really worth making a distinction. Too many people put on the blinders when it comes to that.

Seems as though everyone lives in a "Sound-Bite" world, without really doing anything towards educating themselves on what their options really are...
