I love how entrepeneurs (sp) are up to a challenge. Creativity and hope abound. We will get through this. Some will fall through the cracks, some will revamp their plan, some will completely take on a new adventure. American people in all nooks and crannies give me more hope than any politician.

Lot's of people are talking about a "buyer's strike before the election". Something to do with Bush begging people to go shopping and sending out rebate checks...well naturally people are going to do the exact opposite. I'm going to hold off on buying a new car until after President Obama is sworn in. His administration will get my full faith and credit, not the end of this eight year nightmare.

This is with regard to Paul Kreider's Recession Red that's available exclusively at The Ross Valley Winery in San Anselmo. The current release is a blend of artisan crafted cabernet sauvignon and zinfandel that was made on site in the winery. Paul hasn't made white zinfandel since the late 80's so I don't know where the reporter got the idea that it was a blend of white zinfandel and cabernet. The resulting wine would be a rose, not a red wine. Recession Red is definitely California red wine at its finest and a terrific value that should retail for $27 a bottle, based on it's current blend. Due to Recession Red's overwhelming popularity and incredibly low price there is currently a maximum limit of 3 bottles per person, cash only. More will be bottled this week to try and meet the demand. Cheers!

I've never read about a pre-election buyer's strike.
What would that accomplish?

This guy Brutyn showed what kind of man he really is when he was asked to sponsor his sons little league baseball team and he said NO! He has a pretty bad rep. here in Novato and I can certainly see why. My wife would kick me to the curb if I acted like him!
