With all the concern over the drought and fire ban, I would like to suggest that the town or county create a leaf collection service where the city, county or even waste management service collect the leaves and other "natural" debri and dispose of it either through a local compost compound or a designated and controlled burning area. This would greatly reduce the acres of land and residential dwellings "accidently" destroyed through wildfires started by careless residents burning such rubbish and recyclable material.
