I hope this unprovoked attack by that 4-legged demon serves as a wake-up call to the condo association, which should have NEVER allowed dangerous dogs in the first place. Additionally, the parents of the child should sue both the owner (who had prior knowledge her land-shark was vicious) and the condo association for allowing dangerous dogs on the property.
For some reason, landlords and condo associations have gotten the idea (mostly from dog-freak realtors) that if they do not allow pets, they will have trouble renting/selling units, but just the opposite is true. My family purchased a pet-friendly apartment community that had a high turn-over rate. Once we got rid of the undesirable tenants and their fleabags and advertised it as "no pets allowed," we had so many people wanting to rent that we had to put them on a waiting list. Only around 39% of people in the US own dogs, which means that apartments and condos that do not allow dogs appeal to at least 61% of the population!

When I see a pit Bull out running around loose it's as good as dead. I will run them over every chance I get if they are in the road. Or simply shoot them if in my yard.
