THEY PREACH OPEN DOOR POLICY {HUH} YOU TRY TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE AND ALL YOU GET IS EXCUSES AND EMPTY PROMISES{THATS IF THERY'RE NOT TO BUSY TO SEE YOU !!TALK ABOUT FAVORTISM IF YOU DO FAVORS FOR THE SUPPERVISORS THEN THEY DO FAVORS FOR YOU {GET IT} OH THAT COULD BE CONSIDERED SEXUALL HARRASMENT...I REALIZE THAT THEYRE PROBALLY NO ONE WHO CARES,BUT MAYBE THEY IS AT LEAST ONE PERSON OUT THERE WHO COULD HELPPPPPPP US ..MAYBE A FEW SUPRISE INSPECTION WOULD HELP THEN THEY COULD SEE FOR THEMSELVES..WE ARE NOBODY'S HERE JUST SLAVES WITH #..ALL ANYONE HERE IS INTERESTED IN IS SOMEONE ELSES SPOUSE,THAT DOES INCLUDE SUPPERVISORS , THATS THE ONLY THING THAT DOSEN'T HAVE LACK OFF COMMUNICATION ...

First off, I used to work there. I know how some things are there. You talk about the supervisors doing favors for their "favorites", then the "favorites" doing favors for them, well why not turn them in. It has happened in the past...and out the door they went. Now if upper managment lets this slide by them, and Corprate finds out. Out the door they go. Which happened several years ago. I know some of the "old timers" remember that. That incident was long over due. Remember, a squeaky wheel gets a greasing. You don't need to post it on here that who is "doing" who. Which I have seen on other posts about the bakery. That is nothing but a bunch of gossiping hens wanting to pry into somebodies bussines. For instance..'She is sleeping with him, now she is sleeping with that other guy.' Geez... all 3 of them are butt-a55 ugly! So build a bridge, get over it, and lets them get their freak on! Now the roosters ...LOL... we don't care. We wouldn't spend the whole shift talking about it. Maybe 30 minutes. Most of the work there is not that hard. You got those stools you are always sitting on, that you keep breaking. Yeah, that ring at the bottom that holds the 4 legs together is NOT a stirrup to get in the saddle with. I totally agree that managment needs some work. There are a few fine supervisors there. But there are more that I wouldn't whizz on if they were on fire. Now a surprise inspection would get you nowhere. all it will get you is more cleaning to do.'Stay over and clean.' You have all heard that phrase before. I know they that they talk about their budget. Yeah, they definately need to get more people in there to cut down on the 12 hour shifts you all pull. But they want to spend more money on paying overtime, than hiring or getting temps. in there for some relief. I know some of the temps. are good workers. But, some are there getting money for their next "fix", and see that they are getting paid less than others doing the same job. That is why they do less and that puts a burden on others. Better hiring practices are needed. Being that the 'higher-ups' have been checking this forum, I don't see this thread being on here too much longer. I hope this would have giving some people a little insight. Now there will be some over opinionated a55 wipe that does not, or has never work there speak their mind. So they can do it, free country ya' know. But in my opinion, they can go pi55 up a rope. And another thing, don't be posting a person's name on here. That is what is getting these threads closed. Being said all this, I bid thee farewell.

If sometning could be done about this, all of the other companies would have. flowers is tame compared to porters, abc, cookie factory and many more.
we still have freedom of speech, and the truth hurts sometimes. I don't know who got led out in supervision a few years but it seems you know all things, and how to handle it to. keep the love flowing.

Well all the ones that are moaning and groaning about your job need to go somewhere else and work then, ya know there are so many decent jobs around here you could surely find one!!!!!! See you all should be thankful that you still have a job..could be like the cookie factory or walmart dc,or any of the others that are laying people off...see you make a decent paycheck, but at least you can keep your house...see the way I look at it is work and pay your bills, and when you do get time off make the best of it with your family, no it may not be fare but guess what go somewhere else thats gonna pay you what you make there, sooooo if the moneys not good enough for you go flip some burgers or work at one of the motels here in town.....there are other people in this town that would love to have your spot on the line, would prolly do a better job then you all anyway....hope I didnt make anyone mad..the truth hurtz sometimes.....
