I have been seeing the owner of a transmission shop on US 25 south by the water company, off and on now for about 3 years and he is now the father of my child. When I first told him, he told me not to worry about it because he would take care of everything that the baby would ever need. The day after I told him that I was pregnant was the first time that I had heard anything about him being married with kids. He told me from day one that he lived in Williamsburg and worked on cars for a living, was never married and never had kids by anyone. He actually laughed in my face, like it was stupid that I didnít know he was married when I confronted him. Then he got serious and told me if I ever came on his property or called his home or business that I would never live to tell about it. He said my wife is a b**ch and would take me for everything Iíve got if she found out about you, let alone a baby. He kind of laughed and said Iíd get rid of her before Iíd split my stuff with her. Then he said itís probably not my baby anyway. It is his because heís the only person that Iíve had s*x with in 4 years. I asked him about a paternity test and he told me that he had never taken a test for anyone else that he had been with and he was not about to start by taking one for me. Can I make him take a paternity test? What do I have to do?

Yes he can be court ordered to take a paternity test and when it comes back his he will have to pay for the test. Like if you went to sue him for child support they would have to do a dna test to prove he is the father and if he don't come forward to do it on his own, then they will court order it

Sounds to me like "Needing answers" believes "He" got charged too much on a repair bill. If I were him,I would be careful telling tails like that.Making stuff up like that can cause a lot of trouble.

hey needing answers. If you live in Laurel county, you need to go to the child support office. Its located in the red brick courthouse on main steet. they will ask you for the mans name, address, birthday, social. same info about you & the baby. The child support office will do this for free. If you dont get what you want from them, you can always hire your own lawyer & pursue the case on your own.

Really in 3 years you never knew he was married? I smell BS, or you have to be the dumbest person on this earth in any case you are either a ho or a dumb ho. Also there are two transmission shops next to the water company you are probably hurting at least one innocent man and his family because you being a dumb ho. Please have a little common sense before you post things like this.

Yes he can be compelled by the court to take a dna test. You not knowing he was married in 3 years are either to dumb to know anything about life or ignored it.....either way shame on you! You cannot buy your happiness with the pain of another woman. I find it hard to believe that you did not know....when a woman sleeps with another's husband it is kind of silly for this woman to expect that the man will be faithful to her. You made your bed now you lie in it. Find a job take care of your child and teach them that its not ok to cheat on your spouse.

No you cannot make the woman your husband cheated with take a dna test. Once the baby is born your husband can ask the court. But why in the world would you want to know any of this....kick his ass to the curb where he belongs and be thankful he is no longer in your life. Once A CHEATER ALWAYS A CHEATER.....PEOPLE DONT CHANGE....and men that truly love there wives don't betray them....

You do not care about no test.your only hope was his wife would hear about this post and you could hurt her the way you are hurting.he never said any of the stuff you said he said.you made it all up to pay him back for something[God knows what].but in case there is a child,he does not have to pay for the test.welfare does. if you sign up for it,and swear he is the father, but like another poster told you,you better be right or he and the government both will own you.

I didn't know about the second one, wonder if they both had the same father?
