what is wrong with that place. It is sad when you have to worry about saying the wrong thing all the time in fear of getting fired. This is the united states where we have freedom of speech. who is that Billy married too anyway the owner. Sounds to me like he needs to be fired and at least one third of the problem ther will be taken care of. he put him in his position as a boss. Are they still there. sounds to me like they need not only a new supervisor but a new medical coordinator. How can she hold that postition if she can't make mar's or refuses to be around the people she is supposed to be caring for. From what my friends say that work there if they refuse to do something they get fired. I guess she is special.

I have been working there for a year and most of the stuff being said is true.I have found that the Rc's are only doing what is asked of them. If you get a counseling or a write up it has been put in place by chloe or gary. As far as Billy goes he is the only one that has ever smarted off to me. he is just so full of himself.He needs a attitude change. I think our medical coordinator means well and she is very nice but nice doesn't get the job done. I have seen her out in the hallway huffing and puffing like she has been working out in the cotton patch and all she ever does is stand at that copy machine and talk on the phone. As far as the rules being enforced only when they get mad at someone that is also true. brittany is the only one that can wear clothing showing everything .I thilnk every one in the company knows the colors of every pair of thongs she owns. Her tops are too tight , too short, and too low cut. Mary seems nice but I hear she is strict on any one that works in her houses. Everything has to be so so. Then there is Jessica. She is just man crazy. though I have to say I have never seen her chase any guy that works there. But boy does she stay busy. Chloe isn't too bad. I think she tries to keep the peace and it isn't easy for her being marrried to Billy. Gary is trying but he has a long way to go. But in all fairness some of the things he has put into place is crazy.Why cant we cash in our vacation pay. Its our money You shouldn't be trying to tell anyone anyone what to do with their own cash. Are you trying to be like Hitler?

I have read this crap for a month now. I think if you have a problem you should go through the proper channels and get it solved and shut up your whinning. I know who you are.

First of all lets be truthful. Like a coworker told me they was having a problem with billy and billy named another co workers name in referance, wich should of never happened in a company that practiced human resources, another person should never be spoken of in a two party conversation bringing up a co worker by name is a breech of confidentiality and he does this all the time saying that person just made it hardier on theirself. There is a lack of dignity and respect and therefore no one has respect, true respect and admiration. Any third partys problems should never be discussed with a coworker of the same stature. The head gossip grinder in that type of position. Billy has also told another co worker that if he knew who was wirting this about him he would like to catch that person outside of work and kick thier a double s. Another fine example of the mentality there. I talked to my husband and talked about the 3rd person in the conversation and my husband chuckled. He knows the 3rd person very well for years and informed me not to tell the third person for billy's sake lol..I agreed.

I hate the fact that you can call management to ask a question,and their SPOUSE will return your call to answer your question. OR you can TRY to have a private conversation with management (with the door shut) and in walks Spouse. That is very unprofessional, not to mention rude.

The holidays are fast approaching... Let us all hope that SOME ONE gets both manners and professionalism in their stocking this year!! Joy to the world.....

I believe you just did the same thing you're accusing Billy of doing.
If you one or two people have a problem with specific issues, why not go through the proper channels instead of bringing it here. Whatever reason you think it is wrong to bring a third party into a conversation is the exact same reason it is wrong to do it on Topix. If you think you can't get anything past certain management, and have a legitamite reason for saying that, go higher. Don't come here. Nothing will be solved here.
I used to be so proud of the people I work with at IO. But coming on here, calling people names, using people's names on this site? I'm absolutely ashamed. I sincerely hope if you're that unhappy that you will quit. Our individuals deserve better. And I know we have some of the best SR staff that are fully capable of just that. I certainly hope those aren't the same trash talkers on here.

hi a well let me say first that hmmm is correct in that if you have a problem with a person of auth. there is a higher person to go to. I had a problem with a certain rc and i got it handled with communication and that person like most of us took two trys but got the idea. all people in this comp has complaints just the same as anywhere else just one thing i agree with,is the concerns on the wages and with a group effort we can make a diff just gotta go to the right people, not here. this is fun to guess who is who, and if the whos married to who bothers you get up the testies necasary to vocalize your oppenion and they may just fix the prob if it is in fact a prob. ps hope all have a safe one and see at work.

I hear that the Christmas party is gonna be on a Thursday again. How do they expect our families to come if we are working, because they want us to bring the individuals. If that's the way it is that is not a Christmas party and they need to have the individuals a party at the ADT. And leave us alone. We don't care about your car and your so called gifts. Your just making it so that the office workers can come and brng their families. Yes Independent Opportunities Management this is for you.

They have yet another ad in the paper. I wonder why their ad does not disclose that you have to keep a car on the premises or they will get rid of you. All the ad says is that you have to have a valid drivers' license, it doesn't even mention car insurance.

I think that they have ran out of people in Laurel. There are people who work there that come from Leslie County, and everywhere else. They stay here so that they do not have to drive back and forth.

I can't believe none of you people have mentioned the fact that they pay slave wages for this kind of work!! And a raise is unheard of even after years I say we all get together and demand a raise!! We could make more at mickey ds! How do they expect to get good people for minimum wage?

Tes that for sure AND you don`t get the heck beat out of ya!!! Then ppl that live in the company really put it on us!!!! And we don`t get paid anymore to work with the mean one....I~m telling you, THEY HAVE TO RUN OUT OF PPL IN LONDON BEFORE LONG!!!!
