betty jane are not low income.. they are like 400.00 a month for a two bedroom! wildwood are based on 30% of your income. i used to live there and was a server and paid 50.00 a month for rent.
also there are london village, they are not income based but made for people who dont make over 20,000 a year. rent is 350.00 and they are really nice!

I have lived at Wildwood apts. myself at one point in time. I couldn't find anyone to hire me, but I was 7 months pregnant and I had my mother to sign a paper saying she would pay my electric and I think water for me, but the rent was free. Until I found my job and then it was 30% of gross income, but I ended up moving.

I'm looking for a place to rent. One or two bedrooms must be pet friendly. Dogs are house trained.
